For delivery partners
Nine modules. You take the ones that are yours.
Every pathway begins with what is already strong. The modules, pace, partners and ownership destination are decided with each community.
What a community can choose
Products
Beds and other proven Goods products
Equipment
Shredders, presses, tools and machinery
Place
Workshop, shed or complete production facility
Skills
Installation, production, maintenance and enterprise training
People
Local operators, mentors and specialist support
Systems
Suppliers, quality control, logistics and administration
Enterprise
Customers, contracts, revenue, governance and ownership
Money
Repayable loans that bridge orders, working capital, and the site capital that finishes the transfer
Story + evidence
Community-approved media, outcomes and learning
A partner might hold one of these, or several. Which ones are yours and which stay ours is a conversation, and it is the first one worth having. We will not quote you for a whole site when you are taking a single module.
How the work moves, and who holds what

Agree the scope in writing
The next step is naming which modules are yours, which are ours, and who holds the enterprise at Transfer. That is a conversation and a written scope, not a proposal we arrive with.
