Straight answers.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order. One bed is an order.
How long will it take?
We quote the lead time from the stock we hold on the day you ask. Freight is quoted for each run, for your destination.
Who sends the invoice?
Where a community organisation holds the stock, that organisation invoices you and keeps the $750 a bed. Otherwise Goods on Country (The Butterfly Movement Ltd) invoices.
What if a bed breaks?
Parts carry a written warranty. We send the wording with your quote. If a bed needs fixing, a paid local repairer in your region does the job, and you are told the part prices up front.
Is this a health program?
No. It is a bed. It gets people off the floor. Why that matters is a long story about crowded homes, and we do not claim to fix it.
