Forty beds, pressed at the farm, assembled in community
A community-controlled organisation asked for beds and washing machines for homeland families. We pressed and packed the parts at our own facility, sent them north, and young people assembled every bed in community. It is the run that proves the making.

Young people built the beds, and got paid to do it
Oonchiumpa brought young people in for two days out the back of their office in Alice Springs. They built Stretch Beds from flat-pack, kept one each, and loaded the rest onto the truck. It is the run that proves the work, not just the product.
